HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU

DELIVERY

When you order products from Luigi's you can be assured we will ship your order with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and simply superb - right to your door!

When we make up your order all the products are double checked before despatch and leave our premises in perfect condition. Dry goods and bottles are carefully packed. Fresh food is prepared and packed on the day of despatch and wrapped with ice packs for temperature control where necessary.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS

Local Delivery

To addresses in SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW10, SW11, SW18 and W8 postcodes we operate our own delivery service. Under normal circumstances orders received before 12pm  Monday to Saturday will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Saturday will be delivered the next working day. Please note that this means that if we receive your order after 12pm on a Saturday it will be delivered the following Monday.  We don't currently deliver on Sundays. 

Price: For orders of £50 or more free of charge, for all other orders £4.95

UK Mainland Delivery

To all other UK mainland addresses we ship using either DHL or Parcelforce. We have two delivery options - our standard two-day service and our express next day service. Any orders that contain fresh or perishable items will automatically be sent using our next day service.

UK - Standard Service

Under normal circumstances orders received before 11am Monday to Friday will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed after 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered 3 working days later.  Please note that this means that if we receive your order after 11am on a Friday it will be sent the following Monday and arrive by Wednesday.

Price: For orders of £100 or more free of charge, for all other orders  £4.95

UK - Express Service

Under normal circumstances orders received before 11am Monday to Friday will be sent the same day and delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered 2 working days later. Please note that this means that if we receive your order after 11am on a Friday it will be sent the following Monday and arrive by Tuesday.

All perishable items are automatically sent using our EXPRESS service to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. If your order contains perishable products and we receive it after 11am on a Thursday and at anytime on a Friday it will be sent the following Monday and arrive by Tuesday.  This ensures that your fresh items are not ‘in transit' over the weekend. 

All fresh food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice packs and maybe placed in an insulated container for shipment.

Price: For orders of £100 or more free of charge, for all other orders  £6.95

Missed Deliveries

If you are not at home when DHL / Parcelforce attempts to deliver your order they will leave a card with a contact telephone.  If you find you have missed your delivery call the number provided and schedule a new delivery time.  It is important that you do this as soon as possible as your order will not stay with the delivery driver indefinitely.   If you have any problems in contacting your delivery driver email us at orders@luigismailorder.com and we will be able to assist. 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are sent by first class post. Where vouchers are ordered along with other items, the entire order will be despatched together using the standard delivery methods as detailed above.

International Delivery

We can send food to all UK mainland addresses. Beyond that, sorry, we can't currently ship Luigi's internationally.

Specify Future Shipment Date

If you would like to specify a future delivery date, you may do so by emailing us at orders@luigismailorder.com

We wouldn't have it any other way. All Luigismailorder.com transactions take place on a secure server. Your information is encrypted before it is sent through the Internet.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Switch and Solo.

THE ENVIRONMENT AND PACKAGING

In order to get your order to you in top condition it has to be packed just right.  However with packaging comes waste that's why all our deliveries are made in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes packed with natural and environmentally friendly wood wool, which is both recyclable and biodegradable. And we won't stop there.  We are constantly looking at ways of reducing packaging and minimising our impact on the environment.
