DELIVERY DATES

During check out you will have the option to tell us when you would like your order or gift to arrive.

Under normal circumstances orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday can be delivered as soon as the next working day.  During busy periods including Christmas, some dates may become fully allocated which means we will be unable to offer delivery on those days. If the day you need is not available do give us a call and we will do all that we can to help.

If your order contains fresh food products and we receive it after 12pm on a Thursday and at anytime on a Friday it will be sent the following Monday and arrive by Tuesday. This ensures that your fresh items are not 'in transit' over the weekend.

FRESH FOOD CARE

Fresh perishable foods need extra care to ensure they arrive in delicious condition. Your order will be packed with ice packs and maybe placed in an insulated container for shipment.

WHAT IF I'M NOT IN

Not a problem.  Nobody wants to sit around all day waiting for a delivery.  Just tell us where we should leave it and we will follow your instructions.  If your sending a gift and don't know where it should be left, don't worry we have become experts at finding safe places and friendly neighbours.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are sent by first class post. Where vouchers are ordered along with other items, the entire order will be dispatched together using the standard delivery methods as detailed above.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We can send food to all UK mainland addresses. Beyond that, sorry, we can't currently ship Luigi's internationally.

THE ENVIRONMENT AND PACKAGING

In order to get your order to you in top condition it has to be packed just right.  However with packaging comes waste that's why all our deliveries are made in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes packed with natural and environmentally friendly wood wool, which is both recyclable and biodegradable. And we won't stop there.  We are constantly looking at ways of reducing packaging and minimising our impact on the environment. If you have any suggestions we are always grateful to hear them.
