Bolognese sauce...  so simple, so symbolic..so Italian and yet so many different ways to make it.  Since the day we opened our doors we have been working hard to ensure our Bolognese sauce was the best that a Bolognese can be.  

This year for the first ever time we decided to enter our version of this Italian classic into the Great Taste Awards - the so called ‘Foodie Oscars’ and certainly the UK benchmark for specialty food and drink.  Judged by three different panels made up of chefs, restaurant critics, food writers and other food fans we were about as excited as you can get when we were awarded GOLD!.
