This is our award winning Bolognese, a rich slow cooked sauce made with minced beef, fresh chunky tomatoes, onions, celery, carrots, bayleaf, herbs, red wine, and our very own extra virgin olive oil.  Traditionally served by the people of Bologna with freshly made tagliatelle but works well with a wide range of long and also chunky pasta shapes. 

Made fresh the day before delivery.  Keep chilled & will last for up to 7 days.
